The Club at Cordillera – CO

Located in the Vail Valley of Colorado, this spectacular club has many features, including 4 golf courses, 3 restaurants, clubhouses, trailhead lodge, and athletic club. Borders Golf group has been engaged by Addison Law Firm to complete detailed financial pro-formas and an operating structure that will ensure successful operation of the club. Members are in negotiations to purchase the Club form the current owner. Mr. Petrash was formerly the President of the Cordillera Group and responsible for the golf portfolio of the company between 2001 and 2009.

Catamount Ranch and Club – Steamboat Springs, CO

“Spanning alpine meadows beneath the splendor of Steamboat’s great peaks, the par 72 championship course of 7,088 yards is sanctioned by the Audubon Society for its environmentally sensitive design. Full facilities include a Members’ grille, a full-service restaurant, a golf shop and the clubhouse where Members relax and enjoy stunning views from the deck.”

Mayacama Golf Club – Santa Rosa, CA

TPC Cancun – Cancun Country Club, Quintana Roo, MX

Located in the resort destination of Cancun, Mexico, this is the first PGA TPC-branded facility outside the United States. Located just minutes from the airport and hotel zone, this 36-hole facility is part of the Cancun Country Club residential development. The first 18 holes is a championship course designed by Nick Price. It opened in May 2012 to rave reviews. The second 18 holes, a championship course designed by Tom Fazio, was completed in 2014. In addition to the residential development, other facilities include a boutique hotel, beach club, and high-end retail center. Borders Golf Group owns and provides full-service, hands-on management of TPC Cancun in a joint venture with JCVGolf of Cancun, Mexico.
