TRANSITION – Based on our experience in Club transitions, Borders Golf Group was retained to assist the Board of Governors to work towards an ownership transition between the HOA and the Developer. Included in our scope of work was the facility audit, due diligence on financials and operations, valuation of purchase price along with system switchover to a stand-alone system from Robson Corporate. SaddleBrooke Two is a large Homeowners association consisting 3,200 densities with a wide array of amenities including 36-holes of championship golf, two clubhouses, three restaurants, 400 person seat theater, tennis, Pickleball, and aquatics.
Bluejack National brings the experience to the family – While being the first Tiger Woods Designed golf course in the United States, the EXPERIENCE is all about family fun. The FORT is the family showcase featuring Fort field, lagoon pool and splash pad, fishing, pickleball among other amenities.

The Clubs at Houston Oaks is a masterpiece that was created by assembling a grouping of unique amenities on this 1,000- acre project. Developed on the former Tenneco Gas complex the ownership group has spared no expense in providing facilities that are second to none. Some of the unique amenities include a gun club, underground wine bunker, wedding chapel along with an elegant clubhouse, world-class fitness and multiple dining venues. Located on one of the largest remaining plots of land consisting of 1,150 acres approximately 15 miles from Seven Mile Beach. The project is in the initial phases of funding along with permitting and zoning with an anticipated start date of 2019.
The planned amenities include private residences, a boutique hotel, Marina, golf course and clubhouse and a Crystal Lagoon. Borders has been engaged to assist with sourcing funding for the project, project consulting and once completed all hospitality management.
Todd Creek Golf Club is an Arthur Hills masterpiece located in an active adult community in Thornton Colorado. Borders Golf Group are partners in the ownership of this facility. The property consists of an 18-hole Championship golf course, golf shop, full -service restaurant featuring classic cuisine, and the largest ballroom in the surrounding area. The community amenities also include tennis, pickleball, aquatics, fitness center, and private event rooms.
