The Club at Cordillera
T his mountain community has it all, encompassing Clubs within a resort. Located in Cle Elum, Washington, an old mining town Southeast of Seattle. The project features a 254-room condominium hotel, extensive recreational amenities, including 36 holes of award-winning resort golf, multiple food and beverage outlets, a swim and fitness center, a pump track, and numerous outdoor recreation opportunities. Also located within the gates is the private members-only Tumble Creek Club, featuring an 18-hole Tom Doak-designed golf course, the Hill House recreation center, and multiple food and beverage outlets.
We have developed a streamlined operational structure, generating additional revenues through usage and membership, and implementing an efficiency plan to reduce expenses and duplication across the clubs. We are currently updating the resort membership documents to better align with the needs of our properties.
The property is designed for multi-generational families and offers a range of year-round activities. There is truly something for every family member.
